Position Title: SC&E Marketing Coordinator

Summary: This is a role incorporating both coordination and sales. It would suit an individual with some experience executing events or catering sales who is able to bring together revenue generation with an understanding of the practical requirements of execution. Self-starting approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of organizational or institutional customers to drive incremental catering or bulk product sales through non-store channels
  • Identify and execute new approaches to party hall use in conjunction with operations teams in order to drive asset utilization and maximization of relevant store sales, especially in quieter day parts.
  • Identify non-traditional sales opportunities to maximise sales potential of the catering channel
  • Coordination with internal operations, finance and warehousing teams to enable event execution (including but not limited to equipment deployment, menu and pricing alignment)
  • Coordination with Americana lease admin team plus external organisers and authorities to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place for events, short term and seasonal locations
  • Analyse and report on sales and EBITDA performance of SC&E department in order to inform future strategy refinement.
  • Develop and manage improved approval process for SC&E department to ensure appropriate deployment of assets and capital.
