Your Responsibilities
- Execute testing plans
- Report application issues using tools such as JIRA, GEMINI, and Microsoft Excel to communicate testing status to peers and management
- Apply tools and techniques selected by the QC Lead/Manager for the specific software project
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of the internal products
- Participate in developing testing plans
- Participate in developing training materials
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users to solutions
- Facilitate problem-solving between the end users and development staff
- Participate with development staff in testing new releases of internal products

Your Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer Science
- As a plus, certification in the QC field such as ISTQB
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Good skills in developing test cases
- Experience with Issue reporting tools
Your Proficiencies
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially QC and testing phase
- Experience in testing web-based solutions
- Very good knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
- Should be fluent in English & Arabic
- Good administrative skills and an ability to manage own workload
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
